What sort of treats can I give my ferret kits? €?

Hey, I've just got my two 8 week old hob kits, they are adorable. They do nip a fair bit and I want to stop that as soon as I can, i read that if you give them treats, they will associate your hands with something nice, what sort of treats are ok to give them? Would turkey meat (as in bernard mathews) be ok as a little treat?
