Raccoon bite....please help?

The animal still might have rabbies, sometimes it's impossible to tell just by looking at them (especially in the early stages). And raccoons are in no way tame, though it is true for most things that they will come up to you if you sit still long enough, they are still wild and have a tendency to be nasty (as you have experienced, haha). It would be best to see a doctor just incase, if by some weird chance this raccoon was infected, the longer it takes to detect sometime the harder it is to treat.
