Are kittens nails a problem?

Trimming your cat's nails would do fine. And you can also teach the cat (They are often stubborn) not to scratch you. What I do to prevent destruction, is just make sure the Cat-Scratch-Post is always handy. So far we've only had troubles with our newest cat (We now have 4). My family trims all our cats' claws, and it helps a lot.
